A certified trainer and group fitness instructor, Erin's enthusiasm is hard to resist! Erin is also CPR and First Aid certified, a biking enthusiastic, and super fan of strength training.

Janie Jones believes in mind/body balance, and as a certified yoga trainer, she leads her clients to inner peace and outward strength. She enjoys sharing her passion for the gentle yet empowering methods of yoga, and enjoys showing her classes just what they are capable of!  In addition to her yoga certification, Janie is also CPR and First Aid certified.

It's her goal to make fitness fun and rewarding, and her classes are full of high energy beats and furious moves. Certified as a group fitness instructor, Beth is also CPR and First Aid certified. If she's not at our club leading a class, you can always find Beth outside on a bike or hiking a trail!
